Nobody has any business making laws for me based on their personal belief in a god. Our elected officials are put in office to do the business of running a country, not to tell me what is right and what is wrong based on their lifetime of conditioning. Parents educating their children in religious matters is one thing, but somebody in office telling me that I HAVE to live my life his way is just nonsense. If you're governing the people, you are there to guarantee equality and fairness to everybody, not to push your personal beliefs on me. I do not vote for people because I want some kind of moral guidence, I vote for people so they can run the state or counrty. Keep your religious beliefs to yourself!
