Today abortion is used as a birth control method, an easy alternative to being responsible. Murder is murder no matter how young or old we are or how inconvenient the situation is. I have heard people say that if we outlaw abortion it will just lead to back alley abortions like in the 1950's. Until this past year, doctors were not even trained to perform abortions; it was a kind of on-the-job training. Plus, you don't even need to be a doctor to perform them. A technician could walk you to a room and scrape and vacuum out your child, possibly injuring your uterus so that you are unable to ever carry a child in the future. Please don't punish these babies for the mistakes, wrong-doings, or carelessness of us adults who were put here to protect them. Abortion is murder and should be just as illegal as murder is.
