It says in the Constitution that no one is to be treated with cruel and unusual punishment. Now, the definition of cruel and unusual punishment has changed over the years, but punishing someone for being conceived is always a cruel and unusual punishment. If making a baby's head cave in so that you can kill it isn't cruel and unusual punishment, then there is no limit on what is. First off, if a person is mature enough to have sex and get pregnant, they are mature enough to handle the child. If a teenage girl thinks she can have sex, then she should have to suffer any of the things that come with that. Women have late abortions to get bigger breasts, but still kill what they created. Even a woman who gets raped, and never wanted a child, or sex, even she should not have this option. The only way a woman should be able to have an abortion is if the baby is going to kill her, and likely not survive itself. Taking a life that you created is wrong, if you don't want a child, we have adoption.
