Jesse is a Senior Analyst at Perot Systems Government Services, contracting on public policy and technology issues for state and federal agencies. He holds a Master's in Public Policy from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government. Jesse has served as Technology Director and similar roles in Gubernatorial, Senatorial, and Presidential campaigns. He resides in Cambridge Massachusetts with his 6-year-old-son, Kessel, who enjoys attending political rallies.
